Located in Regent Grand Plaza, Vino Tiempo is one of those local businesses that's a result of tropical island dreams and the need for hip bar offerings. A cozy one-room lounge and wine bar offers a late-night dinner and bar scene with delicious menu of tapas that includes chimichurri with polenta cake, lobster medallion, salt and pepper calamari, and potato mushroom croquettes in tomato basil sauce. Before and after, till 11pm or 12am on some night, guests sip on bottles of Cabernet while enjoying house tunes or Monday's 8pm Poetry Night. The crowd is a menagerie of island workers, walking guests of nearby hotels and singles in need of a nightcap.
