It’s been a sad journey for the former-Gansevoort South Beach. The spin-off property of the famous NYC brand was renamed after struggling performance for its aquarium-trimmed lobby and party rooftop. Now the hotel is being fully revamped in a way worthy of a location the sits amongst the forthcoming Faena, W South Beach and Setai.
