The Food

Rare produce such as Chinese artichokes, tiny purple onions, native violets, white carrots, white borage, blossoms of carrot, rosemary and pea and white broad bean are some of the few amazing creations found in the rotating seasonal menu, derived from rare seeds collected and planted at the farm itself. The menu is divided between a four-course menu or the Tasting menu consisting of six tasting plates with the option of matching wines. The menu also features ethically grown rare breeds of pig, lamb and chicken whose species are sustained by its very consumption means guilt-free dishes of pork belly, braised green-lipped abalone, cuttlefish and vegetarian-favored handmade tofu.
