The Food
Dry-aged meats and wood-fire cooking techniques define Gwen and its nightly tasting menu that include courses like smoked foccacia, cured and smoked duck breast, chanterelle ravioli and pork liver terrine wrapped in prosciutto followed by mains like Asador Lamb that can be upgraded to various cuts of Wagyu for an additional supplement.
