Along the thick of Collins at 15th Street, Byblos is a visually seductive and truly delicious dining experience nestled inside the Shorecrest Building. A lively front terrace is lined in painted ceramic tiles with bohemian iron and rattan decor. Tones of Tiffany blue and canary yellow dot the eye line of an architectural space now separated between a supper club style restaurant lined in plush banquettes and mixology bar that pours blood orange and rose-infused cocktails.

A Mediterranean menu that borders more towards Middle Eastern cuisine than European, Byblos serves up mezze selections of shakshouka, roasted beet salad and steak tartare on Barbari bread followed by creamed spinach and truffle mozzarella pide flatbread. Main course hooks crispy squid or Spanish-style octopus into the mix with shareable dishes like braised leg of lamb, Cornish hen and Wagyu.
