Located in a 1930's beach club along Sydney's Balmoral Beach, a washed-out stucco monument to Australia's art deco movement offers a pristine beach eatery for fancy lunchers and celebrity diners. The façade of the building is inscribed with period details and large entryway that divides the main restaurant located at the northern corner of the building from the more casual cafe. The restaurant is designed with high ceilings for optimal acoustics, crackling fireplace in winter and armchairs suitable for keeping star-diners like Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts comfortable. The adjacent sister-café is far more casual with an airy dining room of honey-colored hardwood floors accented by modernist Scandinavian chairs and all-white tableware.

The menu varies between three and five courses for lunch and dinner, with option wine pairing and cheese course.
