Recently renovated by celebrated Parisian designer amidst a decor designed by Pierre Yves Rochon, Le Vistamar is a fitting backdrop for Michelin star chef Joel Garault who narrates a seafood-minded menu. The space blends a modern palette of neutral-tone hardwood floors, linen-covered banquettes and mostly white décor against a backdrop of aristocratic paneled walls and sprawling terrace with masonry baluster and views of the harbor.
The Food
A weekday business lunch is perhaps the best deal in the house, priced around 42-Euro for two courses. Dinner is a more formal affair with jacketed dress code and seasonal menu of gastronomic perfection including dishes like pea veloute with quail’s egg, rhubarb-infused duck breast or fillet of John Dory with tangy eggplant.
