The Food
This mammoth dining room seats more than 250 and includes a showy lounge connected via a euro-rail-style tunnel for those that couldn’t snag a reservation or prefer to dine on the bar’s more abbreviated menu. Ramsay oversees a culinary team that utilizes his own signature beef-aging program for dishes that include traditional steakhouse faire and English staples from fish and chips to Shepard’s Pie as well as a full raw bar, and French-influenced sides and desserts.
