It’s the rustic version of quintessential Montage dining first seen in Laguna Beach, duplicated and then recently changed in Beverly Hills and now tweaked in Deer Valley offering a farm-to-table mountain grill in a stunning mountain view setting. The pitched-roof dining room is lined in timber planks with iron lantern chandeliers with permanent bar lined in retractable windows that open during warmer months. Stone floors and dark palette for furnishing and chairs brings a more elegant vibe, especially given the level or service and training of the in-house staff. Outside, a large terrace with slope-side bar and fire pit will offer apres-ski scene with small plates menu and winter-theme cocktails stirred-up by the in-house mixologist.
