It could just as easily be an art gallery, an all glass facade erupting with teak paneling and concrete foyer with the word Pujol emblazoned in crisp white lettering on a black marquee. Inside, a simple dining room is arranged in well-spaced white table tops with minimalist resin bistro chairs in a simple space of hardwood floors and few paintings of exaggerated modern art symmetrically placed on one long, white wall.

The Food

Wine Spectator Award of Excellence and AAA Four Diamond Award Winning chef award-winning chef Enrique Olvera deconstructs a seasonal farm-fresh Mexican menu that experiments on traditional recipes with bold new techniques and flavors that continue to revolutionize Mexico City dining.
