For the past few summers in the Hamptons, a few nightclubs have dominated the 2am party scene. Now arrives Jue Lan Club, a beach spin-off of the Flatiron hotspot named after a secret Chinese art club from the 1930s. In a generous East End space that’s bigger than most of the competition, Jue Lan Club doubles as an all-day Chinese dining room with late-night DJ room known as The Barn that’s the talk of the season. The exterior feels far more Hamptons than Shanghai with its white colonial feel, but with interiors that evoke beach simplicity typical of most Hamptons pop-ups.  It’s in the backroom that’s you’ll most likely want to be with its pop-art collection and lively 3am scene that’s a worthy newcomer on the Hamptons scene.
