First it was Bouji's, then it was Giuseppe Cipriani and now it's Experimental Cocktail Club making the Ibiza debut along this posh stretch of sand in Las Salinas. With no shortage of starry beach clubs on the island, Experimental hopes to stand out with its brand cache in addition to a gastronomic cocktail scene yet to make its way from the rural inland of Ibiza and onto the beach. Visitors arrive to a pristine stretch of white sand at Cap des Falco where a series of thatch roof bungalows house a main eatery, bar and dining terrace. Surrounding the main structure is a series of freestyle lounges arranged on the sand with whitewash wood sofas and luxurious sunbeds in addition to a nautical bar lined in strands of lights during busier nights and private parties.
