Husband-and-wife duo Rebecca and Hamish elevate Sydney’s gastro-pub scene from a stylish bar space located in Surry Hills. Meals begin with a well-arranged oyster selection followed by bar-size presentation of spiced nuts or cucumber, braised short rib with sesame leaf or deep fried prawns. Further courses of roast quail with green chili, deep-fried tofu with roast tomato sauce and duck with pancakes make for a fun and adventurous night of dining in Sydney.
