It is, perhaps, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world where St. Yves Beach Club overlooks the crashing Atlantic at Camps Bay. Located on what the Golden Mile, St. Yves is one of two top beach clubs (the other is Caprice) for summer society located within an indoor-outdoor space directly on the beachfront promenade. Recently upgraded in 2010, the space features an interior space that sleeps through most of the winter season with its stone floors, cushioned banquettes and elevated VIP sofas. Come summer, the action shifts outdoors where a grand terrace is ornamented in draped pergolas with banquettes arranged in colorful striped cushions overlooking the packed beach. Late afternoons feature live DJs and outdoor barbecues with a good scene of local guys in board shorts and ripped abs and gals in bikinis and skimpy sarongs showing-off their sun-kissed glow.
