Come 12am on a Friday night, the door of Sutton is strategically positioned with bouncers in black suites and systematic velvet rope supervised by a leggy hostess with clipboard in hand. It could be LA or NY, but its Barcelona and one of the city's hottest nightclubs that attracts a consistent crowd of passing-through Hollywood types and DJs like David Guetta. Inside, the space is divided into different lounges like the Black Area and Blue Area with opposing colored bars as well as the Green Area with is water feature ideal on a hot summer night in the city. Given the size of the club, the dance floor is more intimate than expected with wrap-around red velvet curtains and DJ booth prominently displayed at the forefront of a room amongst go-go podiums and VIP seating. Those looking for a bit more exclusivity can queue-up for the Grey Goose lounge with its chandelier-capped leather seating area or the Moet bar with its cosmo-flair and black lighting.

One of Europe's later nightlife cities, don't show-up before 2am unless you want to be one of the only people inside the club.
