Aspen regulars are well acquainted with the 3am debauchery that often resulted from a night in the space formerly known as Club Chelsea. Not known for its ambiance, the club has gone through a modest reformation and remodel to debut as new The Mustang, hoping to lure adventurous diners with an all-day and all--night menu of Mexican comfort food from Taqeuria Sayulita and odd selection of bison or elk burgers, stews and pot pies.  The bar is now home to over 7 new high-definition flat screen TVS with sports or hip-hop video du jour as well as a outdoor patio for dining during the summer. Still not known for its ambiance, an underground scene of rustic Alpine furnishings that mix the styling of a Colorado saloon with the sounds of a top big city nightclub. The club is divided between a cozy lounge with well-worn sofa seating, small dining room and wood-paneled dance floor flanked by parka-wearing revelers and freestanding DJ booth.  Whiskey drinkers also find a great selection of malts, ports, and cognacs on hand in an on-site cigar bar. The crowd varies between early bar-hoppers on hand for winter's apres-ski scene and a livelier late-night crowd of shirtless snowboarders and bikini-busting babes that dance till last call.
