From the creators of ever-chic White Rabbit, Selfie arrives on the VIP restaurant scene in a slightly offbeat location on the 1st floor or a mixed-retail arcade. But inside, a more opulent scene prevails with exotic Brazilian wood floors and walls trimmed in tasteful, abstract modern art. Tables are well spaced for oligarchs and supermodels to dine in privacy, with mid-century decor that's a step above what's currently found in many other Moscow hotspots. The bar is our favorite spot , however, overlooking a working kitchen that's a busy culinary affair.
The Food
An innovative menu of updated Russian classics are infused with local, seasonal ingredients. Dishes like crispy pumpkin salad, bruschetta with guacamole and blue fin tuna tartare are delightful starters followed by whole crab, roasted black cod and array of specialties from the wood-fire oven.
Last Word
An outdoor terrace is better by night than by day, overlooking an awkward parking lot that almost disappears in moonlight.
