Formerly home to Spruce eatery and later-Slopes by Talisker, Powder occupies the main dining room of the Waldorf Astoria Park City situated in upscale The Canyons. A large restaurant with adjacent lounge and bar offers cool revamp with abstract animal artwork on walls and homey Alpine décor with notes of more modern design. Guests mingle amongst the lavish sofas and loungers in the main bar, perfect for the city's quaff apres-ski scene, before meandering into the main dining room with its saddle leather chairs and built-in banquette.
