When you walk-in to the surprisingly reserved and somewhat stuffy dining space of Cyrus, located in Napa, its feels like a modern Paris bistro complete with high ceiling and uber-formal service of a suit-and-tie staff. Located within the Westin Verasa Hotel, the dining space makes you wish you wore a suit and tie yourself, with dark wood furnishings on ornate flooring with velvet chairs and artwork strewn from wall to wall.
The Food
Tasting menu includes dishes like Hamachi with chilled dashi or artichokes with a skordalia sauce as a vegetarian option. Foie gras tourchon is served with rhubarb drizzle while poached lobster follows with spring onions and ramps.
