It's the kind of eatery you imagine you'll find and fall in love with when looking at the amazing pictures and brochures that precursor a trip to Turks and Caicos. But, rather surprisingly, this Providenciales eatery is one-of-a-kind in a place where it should be in every village. Located amongst a palm-throng forest of towering trees, Coco Bisto is set under a natural forest of an outdoor dining room amongst swaying trees and occasional gravity-prone bugs. One of the best restaurants on the island, two-and-four top tables are strew amongst teak walkways and bridges that intersect the main restaurant that's walking distance to several Grace Bay resorts - providing you have a reservation far in advance during high-season.
