A series of recent dining additions have once again made The Venetian a foodie oasis along the Las Vegas strip. Foremost, it's Yardbird Southern Table that's attracting the most attention with its quirky Miami-born charm and Southern roots that are a lounge and restaurant gem. The feel good charm is as much about the stylish as the food itself, a mix of rustic wood rafters and clapboard detailing that feel like designer barn in the middle of Vegas.
The Food
Open for weekend brunch, lunch and nightly supper; the dinner menu is divided between quick bites and small plates of deviled eggs, beer sirloin tartare, fried bread with butter pickles and fried green tomato BLT that’s as good as the chicken liver toast. Salads of smoked chicken and grilled mango are a somewhat lighter options to main plates of Salisbury steak, filet mignon and pork ribs in addition to that famous chicken with various of biscuits, bbq sauce and waffle variations.
