In what is the biggest culinary debut on Ibiza in a decade, the Adrià brothers debut a new restaurant concept at Ibiza Gran Hotel. An experimental dinner experience along the lines of Pacha's Lio, Heart attempts to explore the creative relationship between food, music and art.
