35 Aberdeen Street Central Hong Kong China

trendspotter

An adventurous commune of retail, art and food comes to Hong Kong’s trendiest neighborhood offers an all-day entertainment destination that’s currently the hottest place in town. With an address on Aberdeen Street but entrance on Hollywood, visitors arrive through a series of gates and into a central courtyard that divides the two sides of the PMQ. Home to starry eateries like Aberdeen Street Social by Jason Atherton, the space features 8-floors of shops and studios by local artisans and artists in lieu of yet another luxury storefront so typical in Hong Kong. Stores weren’t quite up to our taste, think gadgetry home décor and crafty collectibles, but the concept works with hip crowd and great midday destination in Central.
