For anyone that’s spent more than a minute in Saint Tropez, the restaurant group Joseph is an omnipresent fixture along the town’s waterfront. Now, the posh proprietors have descended on the Monte-Carlo Harbor within a chic compound near Le Black Legend. A cool, crisp style mixes neutral tones with clubby chairs and sand floor that ubiquitous of its other restaurants. Floor to ceiling doors open to a large terrace ideal for long summer nights when DJs spin until early morning.
The Food
A French-inspired Mediterranean menu begins with raw bar plateaus, carpaccio and tartare that is as good in Monaco as they are in St. Tropez. Pasta courses and seasonal salads are followed by grilled fish selections; roast chicken and slow-cooked meats from traditional French recipes.
