Husband-wife restaurateurs Hubert & Pamela O’Farrell create a seaside offshoot of their Buenos Aries restaurant inspired by local Uruguayan ingredients and produce, a lunch and dinner menu begins with selection of salmon tiraditio with passion fruit, octopus carpaccio, cast iron grilled squid and shrimp with sweetbreads and guacamole. Main course yields dishes as exquisite as spinach walnut ravioli in sag butter and wood grilled rib-eye to Chilean salmon with miso and oven-roasted suckling pig.
