  • Its one of Aspen's most iconic buildings that was once an the saloon space at turn of the 20th century when the space used as a watering hole with rumored upstairs brothel. The space has maintained it's favored bar status for over a century before an extended closing and reopening with a fresh look and chef Tomas Colosi at the helm.

You'll still recognize the space, the same familiar red brick building offers a long saloon-style bar under a pounded-tin ceiling with exposed brick walls and more sedate banquette seating ideal for enjoying the new menu of feel-good specialties.

At the back of the clattering from the semi-open kitchen gives way to sounds of someone killing The Killers classic "Mr. Brightside" at the weekly karaoke parties in the rear lounge with its chunky wall paneling and impromptu dance floor sure to lure real singers and even a few celebs in high-season.
