Number Two Club Capri disco bar with summertime dance scene

  • hours
    9pm-4am, Fri. - Sat (May-Jun. and Sept), 9pm- 5am, daily (Jul.-Aug.)
  • For the most part Capri is a quiet and tame island when it comes to nightlife, idling away the colder months of the year in cozy pubs and coffee bars that surround the main square. From early June through mid-September clubs like Number 2 (from the owners of Rome's La Cabala Club) invade the scene beginning the seasons with weekend clubs before expanding nightly during late-July and August during the height of high-season.

Charming island architecture of stucco white walls, arched ceiling and step-down dance floor located off the main village drag is one of the top dance options in the town an an essential stop on any under-30s stop-over on the island.

Early evening begins around 9pm as a mellower sound and following hovers over the bar and VIPs keep to themselves over individual bottles of Moet. As the night progresses a well-heeled crowd that's included Naomi Campbell to Russian Billionaires and youthful Monegasque socialites makes their arrival after midnight as rotating deejays blare hip-hop and Italian pop hits.

Planning a visit? Email or have your concierge call the club in advance to secure bottle service during busier months in order to avoid too much time on the seriously overcrowded dance floor.
