In its fourth US installment to date, Soho House opens in Chicago with member’s club, 40-room hotel, screening room and rooftop pool with eatery. Located in a 1900s factory along the city’s West Loop, the property at the corner of Green Street and Randolph is one of the only hotel options along the city’s Restaurant Row that includes hotspots like The Girl & The Goat as well as Nellcote. The latest Soho House will be a familiar experience for those that have tried its brand’s offerings in New York or Miami and include amenities like club lounge, Italian brasserie, movie club and 60-ft. rooftop pool with its own casual bistro. Additionally, the site is home to two open-to-the-public restaurants including Chicken Shop and Pizzaeast. Those checking into the hotel find a series of Small and Medium Room with familiar concrete ceilings, industrial undertones and turn-of-the-century décor mixed with influences of the British countryside. Details include signature in-room bar with on-demand bartender and silver tea service. Bathrooms feature an endless selection of Cowshed Spa toiletries that hint of what awaits at the on-site spa with 15,000-sqaure foot gym on premises.
