In the center of the city's most fashionable shopping district, the Mandarin Oriental, Paris has recruited the most elite of design names to oversee construction of this pedigree property. Patrick Jouin, who designed Jules Verne and Alain Ducasse at Plaza Athenee, pens most the restaurant and bar spaces including signature eatery Sur Measure by 2-star Michelin chef Thierry Marx. The hotel also features casual eatery Camellia and Mandarin Oriental Cake Shop both by Thierry Marx.
