A rural landscape of equestrian farms and the rambling estates of big-time Brazilian business brass, Fazenda Boa Vista is an ambitious development between JHSF and Fasano Hotels located 50-miles outside Sao Paulo. The main real estate partner of all Fasano hotel projects that include a residential component, JHSF oversees the real estate component of the Boa Vista property includes a Fasano Hotel as well as a line-up of architectural spa and golf villas available for private purchase. The Isay Weinfeld-designed project is the second for JHSF and Fasano, first debuted at their Fasano Punta del Este in late-2010. Look for iconic spaces with post-and-beam silhouettes emblazoned by locally sourced stone and expansive panels of glass that frame sweeping views of the almost-fluorescent countryside. Included in the Boa Vista project is a destination spa, championship golf course and signature Fasano eatery.
The Room
A series of interconnecting bungalows and freestanding villas offer interior design that mixes elements of ‘20s Italian modern and more contemporary elements of Brazilian styling. Rooms are lined in wide-plank hardwood floors with natural stone and brick walls. Large, retractable glass doors enclose stylish outdoor living spaces with hammock and small seating area. Attracting the true brass of the new Brazilian economy, expect a flashy showing of Sao Paulo elite that will make Boa Vista the landlocked version of the Brazilian Hampton’s.
