From the owners of Skybar, One Beirut is an ambitious new club debut along the Marina Waterfront in Solidere. Their largest venue to date, One was designed by Sari el Khazen with a cutting edge theater-in-the-round experience that includes 3D light displays that can change the interior setting from the shores of Barbados to the surface of the moon. Visitors choose between elevated lounge area, VIP bottle service along a reserved mezzanine and large central dance floor that fills to capacity most nights. Outside, the circular concrete structure is clad in private graffiti installations. Although one of the largest of its kind in the world and doubling as a public art space, many of the under-30 visitors those arriving at 1am in stilettos and designer kicks barely notice its existence.
Tips
Since opening in late-2013, the club has managed to recruit numerous top French DJs offering a wintertime venue to prevent any summertime sadness.
