Located within a stylish compound along a sandy beachfront with swimming beach, a series of open-air dining rooms are laid in ashy gray plank flooring with minimalist decor and beachy bar attended by Ibiza's most attractive. Part Italian dining room and part full-on beach club, the outdoor beach area includes rows of day loungers and bookable mattress service with evening sunset parties that roar with house DJs through midnight.

Chef Alberto Caravell manages to bring a culinary edge to what could be an otherwise typical blasé beach club menu of sashimi and grilled seafood. Instead, innovative pasta courses and fresh salad are delivered with unexpected gusto.
