Everyone has their favorite dishes, namely the signature vitello tonnato or carpaccio di manzo followed by grilled branzino. Dinner features an array of salads from asparagus with diced eggs to caprese with homegrown basil. Pasta course follows our favorite crudos of sea bass and salmon with dishes from Genovese pesto spaghetti to tagliatelle with fillet mignon that's a special of the house. Main course is divided between land and sea with pricy whole grilled bream to scaloppini with black truffles and breaded veal chop.
