A flailing hotel brand does good things in its latest incarnation, namely Ian Schrager's Public Hotel that dazzles with its NYC property. There's plenty of luxurious and unique dining, drinking, and entertainment locations at Public Hotel. This includes the hotel's restaurant which is called Public Kitchen. It's head chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and staff curate a culinary experience of wood-burning oven and grill in the dining room as well as a smoker that helps to create a uniquely culinary atmosphere with bar and terrace.
