Located along the Mill Street walking zone, Bosq brings a worthy Aspen culinary addition to a space formerly known as The Meatball Shack. Built to look every bit a Michelin gourmand, spare decor sits between walls lined in bleached timber with whimsical glass bubbles strewn from the ceiling.&nbsp; An additional bar space offers its own menu with counter seating ideal for solo and single guests.<br />

The Food

A simple menu offer unexpected small plates like house potato chips, Asian-inspired shrimp toast or chicken liver mousse with grilled bread. Selections of salmon crudo and halibut ceviche contrast larger appetizers of celery salad, steak tartare or burrata with eggplant and heirloom tomato. Mains offer a sampling of oxtail dumplings, roasted salmon with green mole or new york strip with sides like cream-less creamed corn, spicy crispy fingerlings and sweet sour shishitos.

Last Word

Chef C. Barclay Dodge has been in the restaurant world for over 30-years in restaurants from North Africa to Europe, his experiences define an extremely unique menu that is immediately one of the best in Aspen.
